I grew up in Idaho on a large cattle ranch, and have lived in Idaho, Oregon and Texas. I have spent most of my career in Broadcasting, Real Estate, and Interior Decorating. I have traveled much in my career, spending a lot of time in California, New York, Georgia, Wisconsin, Italy and the South. I have a real understanding of many diverse cultures and look forward to finding my clients, sellers and buyers, the best of all worlds. I am licensed in Idaho and Oregon and sell residental, farm & ranch and love working with first time homeowners and hi-end residential.
Having lived and started my real estate career in a small market, I have learned commercial, farm and ranch and residential, because you have to do it all to survive, thank goodness, because it has really helped me as a fully experienced agent.

| I had a very difficult property that I had on the market for 2 years with other realtors. | Thank goodness for Vicki Swain, she sold my house in one day, then scurried to find my new house by previewing houses while I worked and then showed me my brand new house under construction. She held my hand through both the sale of my listing to the buying of my new home. I could not of done this without her, and she worked very closely with lenders and the title companies to close the same day on both. She is very professional and a hard working realtor and I highly recommend her for both sides of any real estate action. |

| When we moved to Boise, we were so thankful we had Vicki to guide us through this crazy housing market! She was patient, listened to our needs, and very knowledgeable whenever we had any questions. If she didn’t know, she made sure she reached out and got back to us in a very timely manner.
