Carla Goddard is the Founder & CEO of Vicinity, a platform helping real estate agents transform their local expertise into trusted digital authority in an AI-driven world.

A former REALTOR® specializing in new construction and community expertise, Carla built Vicinity after seeing firsthand that agents possessed the knowledge consumers needed — but lacked the tools to make that expertise discoverable.

Today, she is leading the movement to help agents become the local experts consumers and AI discover first.
