Originally born in Bolivia, South America, I lived a small part of my life in NY and since 1986 in VA. I love to help my clients wherever they need me with the sales and purchases of their homes or investments in the Northern VA cities. I work with relocations, sellers, purchasers, investors and I hold my first time buyer clients by the hand throughout the transaction process. You're in good hands with me! I have experience with Traditional Sales, Short Sales, Foreclosures and Rentals in the Residential and even Commercial Real Estate. Having a Lending background is great when discussing and working with different types of mortgage loans such as VA, FHA and Conventional financing.
