Sean is the President and Loan Officer of Metroplex Mortgage Services and is an expert in the USDA mortgage lending industry. With his years of experience in the mortgage industry Sean provides in-depth knowledge of various mortgage programs including Government loans, H.A.R.P. loans, FHA loans, Conventional loans, VA loans and of course USDA Rural home loans.
Originally from Ohio, Sean graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from Hiram College. His passion for helping others obtain the home of their dreams fueled his interest in the mortgage industry and eventually his desire to open his own firm.
After several years of hard work and dedication, Sean founded Metroplex Mortgage Services Inc., in Tampa, Florida in 2001. In response to increased loan volume the company soon opened a branch in Dallas, Texas and has continued to expand ever since, offering mortgage lending services to clients all over Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, and Texas.
Through daily interactions with prospective home buyers and Realtors, Sean soon realized how unaware they were when it came to their financing options. Concerned with the many misconceptions surrounding home financing and the lack of easy access to mortgage information for consumers, the USDA Loan Pro blog was created in an effort to educate others about home financing, the USDA loan program specifically.
After being so well received among prospective home buyers and Realtors, the blog has expanded to cover a variety of topics relevant to the home buying process including credit tips, marketing, and technology tools for Realtors.

When we first got in touch with Metroplex we really did not think we would be able to get financing due to a bankruptcy that we went thru just 4 years ago. From the first time we talked to you right up to the day of closing you said all along that you were sure we would get this done.
