I know home staging works, so I can arrange for staging.
As an e-PRO® certified professional I utilize the most up to date technology available such as my iPad, iPhone, laptop and desktop while syncing client files to Evernote, Cartavi, Box, Dropbox, zipForms and DocuSign for electronic signatures. I have taken the extra step in real estate education to be the best and I also hold a Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
I work with the best title companies I know of at every opportunity so your transaction is smooth and the HUD sheet is correct without errors when you review it the first time.
