I work with a lot of investors and single family home buyers. My market areas cover the counties of: Milwaukee, Waukesha, Walworth, Ozaukee, Washington, and parts of Dodge and Racine. I handle vacant land, singles, multi families, commercial, businesses, mixed use and new construction. From the city to lake country, I have done it all. I own 28 units and counting, I enjoy investing in real estate and helping people create fortunes in real estate. I am professional yet casual, my job before real estate was a heavy equipment operator. I have a blue collar work ethic and am not afraid to work 90 hour weeks. I am able to have my wife stay home to raise our daughter and son who is coming in February 2009, maybe another realtor to be....You have to be willing to learn the changes of the market for instance: short sales, foreclosures and REO properties.Some agents are just afraid of them, I love them they are great deals for buyers. You have to know where to get financing in tough markets like these, I do. I do because I am always in the market as an investor myself. People who want a positive, optomistic, energetic agent would like working with me. I tend to fire clients that are negative, and are not willing to listen to a seasoned expert's advice of how to get the best deals available. When client's realize that the most money to be made is in a down market, that is when I really enjoy helping out. I have increased my friend's net worth over a million dollars in less than a year. I have taught people how to collect over $5,000 a month in cash flow. I have taught my clients how to rent and manage their real estate and create an impressive portfollio in less than a year. I really enjoy it, I own over 2 million in property and am looking to take that up to 4 million in 2009. WHAT CAN I SAY, THE PROPERTIES ARE ON SALE! IF YOU CAN'T SEE THAT, YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MARKET. I think it is very important that an agent is up on the latest technology, and always available via email, cell, text blackberry etc. Most agents are part time, I am full time, and always available to help my clients out. I enjoy dispelling the myths that media will have the general public believe, and breathing optimism and positive energy into the market. The good news is in our local market there were 14,000 agents, in 2009 there will be less than 7,000 licensed agents. That is great news, that means the part timers are leaving the industry leaving room for the professionals who a truely passionate about their work.
