I have been successfully selling real estate for over 14 years. I had my best year in 2007 even though it was typically a difficult year for many agents. I am having another great year in 2008 as agents are leaving in bunches. I attribute it to recognizing the market for what it is and consulting my clients and developing proper strategies to sell in such a market. So many agents are afraid to call themselves salespeople. I wear it on my sleeve as a badge of honor. I love what I do and I pride myself on providing outstanding customer service, unwavering ethics, a lot of humor, and a very strong work ethic. I enjoy working with my fellow agents in the industry and I believe they enjoy working with me. That reputation continues to serve me well.
I obtained my CRS certificate a couple years ago and have worked hard on building my brokerage into a business for the future. We have a very strong web presence and provide my numerous agents with many tools to be successful in the digital world we live in.
We sell homes all over the Denver Metro area but mostly sell homes in Denver and the Southern Suburbs inc luding: Centennial, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Aurora, Littleton, Lakewood, Englewood, Lone Tree, Cherry Hills, and Greenwood Village.
I sell new homes as well as resale homes. I have clients that are custom home builders building in the multiple million dollar range and some clients that have condos for sale around $80,000. We build our business by reputation and by earning the respect of our clients. We have sold most of the current Colorado Rockies baseball players homes the last 2 years. Wow... what a great business! We love it and are grateful to be in it! We are growing and changing everyday. We work many different pricepoints in the Denver Metro market. Turning Point Real Estate's average sale last year was over $440,000. That's about $150,000 higher than the average company's average. We have a unique ability to work all market pricepoints with a strong marketing presence. We mostly sell homes in the Southern Hemisphere of the Denver market but have sold plenty up North.
