I truly enjoy seeing the smiles on my clients faces when they walk into a home and say "This is the one" ! There is no better feeling for me. You know at that point all your hard work has paid off more than a commission check ever will compensate. Just as well, the feeling of presenting a solid offer to my seller is just as gratifying especially in this tough market. I strive to be the best I can, to represent my clients to the fullest and with no doubt their best interests at heart. At some points some may say too diligent but, to this point I have had not one complaint.
I have and do represent an array of clientele from the first time homebuyer to the spec builder in a development of higher end homes. All bring a different perspective to this wonderful world of real estate and only build your love for the job you do. Each has its own challenges and that is welcomed. Should there be no challenges in this world ? Wouldn't this be sooooo boring and stagnate. I am currently enrolled to complete the new certification of CDPE ( Certified Distressed Property Expert). This will not only enable me to represent my buyer clients to a higher degree but, just as well increase my knowledge to hopefully save many sellers from terribly tainted credit.
Having been in the real estate professional almost 5 years now I have truly found my calling. Absolutely do what I love and love what I do.......helping others !!!
