I would like to spend a little time with you and introduce myself to you.  I am the 4th generation of Syltes and Krakenbergs here in North Idaho.  The Sylte and Krakenberg family names have a time tested relationship with the wonderful people, homes and geography of Coeur d’Alene and North Idaho.

A little about my background; I have a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Idaho.  Through my education I garnered 10 years of experience in Community Development, Human Services and Contracts with over 5 years of experience working for Idaho’s Department of Health and Welfare.  My professional and civic involvement includes commitment to Early Childhood Education, Regional Substance Abuse Authority, Enhanced Work Service Contracts, Collaborations and Mental Health.  I also have 10 years of experience working with my family’s Guide and Outfitting Business.

I combined my forces with my Mom and Partner, Jan Sylte who has 30 years top producing Real Estate experience.  I have continued on my own in Real Estate since 2003. I will provide you personalized service and I am available 7 days a week to be your North Idaho Real Estate Professional.    You will not find another Realtor here in North Idaho that knows more about our local area.

I am devoted to my family and enjoy spending time with them when I am not engaged in real estate.  Some of my personal hobbies are flying, white water rafting and kayaking, mountaineering, hunting, fishing, boating and skiing.  I have a zest for life and living to the fullest!  Having worked with my families guide and outfitting business, combined with my desire and curiosity, I have experienced more of our rivers, lakes and towns than most.  I would enjoy sharing some of this knowledge with you.
