I am an active farm owner in Thurston County, WA, where I raise Warmblood horses.  I have been a horse owner for many years, and am knowledgeable about the types of property and amenities required by horse and/or livestock owners. 

I have recently acquired the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation, of which only a handful of realtors in Washington hold, and I am confident handling short sale transactions and determining if a seller is a qualified "short sale seller".  

My husband is a general contractor of custom homes, and on occasion, I market these homes if they are to be sold as a "spec".  From purchasing the ground to the final inspections on new construction, I am experienced with the entire process.  I also own several investment properties and can share my expertise with you, whether your goal is to rehab a fixer and flip it or keep in and rent it out.
