Get to Know Trish Brown
I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you. I am a mother of three and a grand-mother of one. I was raised in New York and was looking for a warmer climate. I packed a suit case and moved to Arizona. Boy, did I have guts back then. I never laid eyes on Arizona but I knew that the weather was better than what I was accustomed to. I moved in July of 1985 and resided in the Phoenix area until about five years ago when I re-located to Northern Arizona. I began working for Arizona Bank, currently known as Bank Of America, and retired after 17 years. I moved on to Countrywide Home loans and currently at Capital State Mortgage. I believe in honesty and doing what is right not what is easy. My number one goal is to provide the best customer service that I can possible give.

I have been in the banking/mortgage industry for the past 19 years. I have been a top producer in mortages, equity credit lines and REO properties in Northern Arizona. I currenty work for the Perferred Lender for Bank Owned Properties with access to 7000 different loan programs, including USDA, Homepath, FHA, VA, and Conventional products.
