As a local full-time Realtor, I know today's market, the neighborhoods and what is selling or not. Interacting with local Appraisers, Inspectors, Lenders, Builders and other Realtors is a great part of the industy and keeps me up on the latest developments.
When I am not selling Real Estate, I enjoy my family and outdoor activities including both vegetable and flower gardening. I used to train working dogs, but these days I do a lot of spoiling the dogs (we have two).
