With the unique types of transactions present in this current market, the REALTOR® you choose and the experience behind that REALTOR® can make a huge difference in your real estate transaction and your bottom line.  There are many potential pitfalls in a real estate transaction, which makes it very important to have an experienced agent that knows how to handle ALL the many obstacles that can potentially pop-up during a real estate transaction.  Tracy has experience in all aspects of residential real estate.  With more than 50% of the current real estate transactions being a short sale or foreclosed home, it is very important to know what to do and not do, say and not say when working with the banks and financial institution.  Tracy has this knowledge and experience which can greatly benefit any buyer and seller.

Tracy was born and raised in Arizona and is graduate of Arizona State University. In addition to her in-depth knowledge and experience in real estate, Tracy has a strong financial background - Combined 14 years experience in Banking, Securities/Stock Broker, Pledged Asset Mortgages, Residential and Commercial Lending.

Tracy strongly believes that ongoing training and development is vital in this ever changing industry.  She regularly attends new education classes in order to be on the cutting-edge in the real estate industry.  Additionally, Tracy provides training and is a mentor for new agents breaking into the industry.

Tracy is a strong and ethical advocate in the negotiation process and communicates properly with all parties in each transaction to ensure deadlines are met and escrows close smoothly.  There is no "one size fits all" in real estate and Tracy will customize a plan to meet your specific needs.
