Tracy possesses all the attributes necessary to be an excellent real estate agent: she knows her market very well; she is diligent, responsive and yet very patient with her clients. Tracy is both very professional and personable. She clearly takes pride in doing a good job. In my particular case as a buyer of a home, there were a few rough spots on the road especially timing was extremely tough since I needed to leave the states before the escrow even closed and in every instance Tracy was a great help. | As a young couple we didn't know what to expect in buying a new home. My wife and I would watch TV shows like House Hunters and Property Virgins. We would always see the happy endings and would pray for a happy ending of our own. Little did we know that we would be tested in almost every way imagined. We were sure lucky though in making the decision to work with Tracy King. Tracy is a strong fighter in negotiations and has the will to never give up. Whenever we had a question she always had an answer and whenever we had a problem she always found a way to solve it. | I had the pleasure of dealing with Tracy King last year while I was looking for an investment property in Southern California. Tracy was VERY professional, kind and effective and even though the area I wanted to purchase the property was 60 miles away from her office she was always willing and eager to show me properties any time I was available. It is also worthwhile to notice that even though the income property I purchased was in the lower end of the price spectrum for So Cal, Tracy King always gave me the kind of treatment one would get if buying a multi-million dollar property, she took my wishes VERY seriously and worked VERY hard and VERY professionally throughout to get me the income property of my dreams. | Tracy did an outstanding job running our near-concurrent buy and sell transactions. We were searching for a home with very specific attributes on a tight schedule. She was extremely patient with us during our search, and was very responsive regarding appointments to show houses. She was always on time or early. Tracy was able to quickly answer our questions and provide details about prospective properties to assist us in the decision making process. She worked diligently during the offer/counter offer process, and saw the entire transaction through to an early close. She was always one step ahead of the process. Tracy managed a tight schedule of showing appointments when we were selling our house. This was not an easy task, as we were living in it and preparing to move in parallel. She provided advice on what we should and shouldn't do to prepare for marketing the property, and set our expectations as realistically as possible during an unpredictable market. She expertly guided us through the offer process, and quickly handled all issues that came up during escrow. The sale was one that I personally thought would be difficult to close, but one that she managed very efficiently, even as last minute requests came in from the buyer and the buyer's lender. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional-both my wife and I highly recommend consulting with her if you are buying or selling in the Santa Clarita Valley or the Antelope Valley areas. We are extremely happy with our new home and with the sale of our previous home. |
