After 27+ years in the business... most of our business comes from prior clients and referrals from prior clients.  But... outside of that source... 99% of our new business comes from the Internet.  We combine and old fashion work ethic and personal service style... with cutting edge use of technology... and good thought processes.  Our clients chose to work with us because it is fun.

Historically we have genterated 2/3 of our business from Buyer Brokering.  After having a successful web marketing program since 1995... we are starting to get more Seller leads off of the Internet.  Currently we are running about 50/50 Buyers and Sellers.  We specialize in Residential homes... and raw land... all segments of the market.
