Get to Know "Tosh" Toshiko Primrose
The in's and out's of Short Sales are my specialty. I am a former member of The Realty Executives Foreclosure Center which was a group of Realtors who specialized in short sales, foreclosures, REO's, and helping homeowners avoid foreclosure. I worked with a team of professionals (Realtors, Loan Officers, Loan Modification Specialists, Attorneys, and Title Experts) trained in helping our clients avoid foreclosure or if their situation dictates, a short sale. We also apply our expertise with assisting buyers avoid any pitfalls purchasing a distressed property.
A little about me:
Las Vegas is my hometown.... I've lived here since 1968. I've seen us grow from a "one-horse-town" to "What happens in Vegas.....", you know the rest. I believe that above all else, honesty is the most important thing you can give to my clients. They deserve to know the truth. This must come above just "closing a deal". I have a great reputation and I plan on keeping it. I am very detail-oriented and want to make sure that everything is perfect for my valuable clients.
Certifications
Training is constant.... I am always trying to learn more. I enjoy perfecting my craft and my clients/friends refer to me as the "go to girl" for information. If I don't know the answer.... I will find it.
I am an ABR and I specialize in first-time buyers because I know they have many questions and I love helping them.
I also work specifically with Short Sales and have taken many courses, classes, seminars, and I'm in several coaching programs to stay on top of this ever changing industry. It is imperative to know the process and recent changes of the banks/lending institution and the foreclosure process in order to truly help my clients. Recently, I have joined the newly opened Realty Executives Foreclosure Center and Team.
I also am a Professional Stager and Feng Shui Consultant. This really helps sellers put their home in the best light.
I have been a "full-time" Realtor for 14 years, worked in finance, accounting, publishing, public relations, and advertising. All of my prior professions help with the success of my real estate career. I am a graduate of UNLV, class of '82 and I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
