| Almost two years after losing my husband to cancer, I felt it was time to sell our home and move closer to my daughter. LaDonna was our realtor when we purchased our home years ago, and I could not imagine working with anyone else. While I expected a great experience with LaDonna, I was very pleasantly surprised with how Cloninger Properties went above and beyond to ensure that my home was presented in the best manner possible. The staff at Cloninger Properties walked me step-by-step through the process, from staging my home, to photography (which included drone aerial views), open houses, advertising, all the way down to finding a way to replace glass in a discontinued door. Any obstacle that came up, the team was readily available to address it. On a daily basis, LaDonna patiently answered all my questions, often more then once, never making me feel like a burden or that I was just another job. I truly trusted her and Cloninger Properties to take care of me and to make decisions in my best interest. | As a real estate attorney, I have the opportunity to work with and interact with multiple real estate agents and their teams on a daily basis. That means I interact with THOUSANDS of realtors a year. The most rewarding part of my job is to conduct a closing for a buyer or seller who is extremely satisfied with the job their agent has done. I can tell you honestly, I have yet to meet a client (either a buyer or a seller) who has not been happy with Tony's service. He is the most professional agent I work with. He truly cares about his buyers/sellers and that shows in how much he gives to each and every client. I respect Tony for many reasons, but one of things I admire most about him, he treats everyone of his client alike, whether you are buying a $2.5 million dollar lake front home or a $120,000.00 starter home. His knowledge may be the only attribute that overshadows his service-oriented approach. He knows the business, knows the area, and knows how to make a real estate transaction run as smoothly as possible. When I know I have an upcoming closing and Tony's name shows up as the agent, I know I will be dealing with folks that have been well-cared for and represented by one of the best, if not *the* best agents in the area. I would highly recommend Tony to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Lake Normal area (Denver, Cornelius, etc.). You will not find a more knowledgeable, respected, client-services-oriented agent in the area or perhaps in all of Charlotte and the surrounding areas. The Cloninger Properties Team have the buying/selling process so fine tuned that you cannot go wrong with using them. To sum up my review, if my family moved down here from Michigan, Tony would be the man I would refer them all to. |

| I am very thankful to have had Karen Cloninger as my first real estate agent. I am twenty-four years old and had no idea what buying a home was going to be like. I was very excited, but so nervous at the same time. Karen and the Cloninger Properties Team made it seem so easy. They walked me through the process, step-by-step, and always answered any questions, explaining in full detail. Thanks to Karen, buying a house has been one of my greatest memories. She took lots of pictures of me and my new house. We even took a few selfies! The most memorable thing about my house is that Karen helped build it. Not only is she a real estate agent, but she is a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. Another great fact about my house is that my house helped build houses in Guatemala. Not at all in this case. The Cloninger team, with their vast experience and knowledge of the area really helped us in our search and in our discussions about price offers. We worked primarily with LaDonna, who was patient, detail-oriented, and really fun to work with. Once our offer was accepted, LaDonna kept on top of all the details with customer service that exceeded our expectations, through the moving day and even after closing. | The decision to sell our home of 20+ years was not an easy one, so we were very selective in choosing the right realtor. We interviewed several, but we knew almost immediately that Cloninger Properties (Tony & Karen) would be the right choice. The stager they provided made practical and effective recommendations on what mattered to buyers and what wouldn't. As we have been shopping here in Texas for a new home, it becomes so MUCH MORE OBVIOUS what a GREAT job you guys did marketing our home. The photos of homes on MLS are often so poor it is amazing and the lack of attention to stage the home is apparent as well. It is obvious the home owner isn't really interested in selling. | Four years ago, I bought a waterfront condo in Catawba County, NC using Cloninger Properties as my buyer's agent. That experience was seamless. When it came time to sell the waterfront condo, I knew I would use them again, this time as the seller's agent. The whole process went very smoothly. The contract signing, staging of the condo and photos, showing appointments, and the closing were all seamless.
