| Kirk was such a wonderful Realtor! We were driving around looking at property and Open Houses and found a house that we might be interested in. We called Kirk and asked to see the house. When we went in I could tell that my husband fell in love at first sight with the house. Kirk was very patient with my husband. Jack called and wanted to see it quite a few times and would call and ask several questions. Kirk was always pleasant and would answer all our questions. After making our decision to make the purchase, Kirk was very professional and knowledgeable about finalizing everything. He has a very qualified attorney working with him and the two of them made the deal so easy and pleasant. We definitely would recommend him and would go straight to him if we were interested in another property deal. |

| Whether you are looking to sell your home or purchase a new home, Kirk Nobles is a consummate professional that my family and I are very confident in recommending for his real estate knowledge and experience. For 25 years my parents lived in New Jersey and had a townhouse in North Myrtle Beach that was used for family vacations to get away from those winter snows. As the size of our family grew and my parents grew older, they decided it was time to sell their townhouse and look for a one story house with a small yard. With my parents living in New Jersey and me living in Florida, it was critical that we find the right Realtor for the job. We began the process of interviewing Realtors with top agencies in the Myrtle Beach area. Kirk was by far the best Realtor we interviewed. His knowledge in the current values and trends of the real estate market enabled him to provide detailed information and make sound recommendations. He listened to the needs and desires of my parents, and suggested a pricing plan that addressed their needs and concerns, and had them very competitive in the market. Kirk handled everything from A to Z: from recommending attorney representation to arranging for minor repairs following the home inspection, and communicated every step of the way. When an issue arose with the HOA, Kirk went above and beyond to arrange a financial advisor to educate the association, and was instrumental in ensuring the closing remained on track. Impressed with Kirk's work ethic and superior representation, my parents retained Kirk as their Realtor in their search for their new property. Kirk provided recommendations for local financial institutions, and when my parents elected to go with new construction, he guided my parents through the process of having their home built including all aspects of dealing with the home builders. Kirk saw to every detail and ensured that any issues were addressed; providing my parents a seamless transition into their new home. Six months after settling my parents into their new home, I began contemplating the possibility of relocating to the Myrtle Beach area myself, and reached out to Kirk. Before I put my Florida home on the market, Kirk had me in touch with a Myrtle Beach mortgage company to address any mortgage concerns, provided valuable assistance in helping me to establish the sale price for my home, and gave me advice on interviewing Florida Realtors. Kirk was diligent in researching existing homes on the market, as well as the new construction communities so that I could determine the option that was best for me. Kirk again took the time to understand all of my needs and my wish list items to make excellent recommendations. I elected to go the new construction route as well, but in a different community with a different builder than my parents. Kirk was on top of everything from the start. There were a few issues on the part of the builder but Kirk handled everything and represented me better than I had even hoped. I am happy to say I am in the process of moving into my new home that I love, and I have Kirk to thank for that. My brother and his wife will be relocating to Myrtle Beach in the next year, and are already eager to work with Kirk. Nothing speaks higher of a recommendation than when it is the same one that you have given to your family. I highly recommend Kirk for all your real estate needs, and am confident you will be pleased. |

| My husband and I have lived in the North Myrtle Beach area for 9 years. We were in need of a realtor who we could trust and depend on. Through some friends of ours, we got Kirk Nobles's name. We have bought a home, purchased a lot, and sold another home over the last 3 years, and Kirk has represented us in each of these transactions. One of these transactions was our purchasing a home that was a "short sale" home. It was a very trying time for my husband and I, but along the way Kirk stayed in touch with us and the 2 banks that were involved. He would give us updates and explain everything that was going on. He is very knowledgeable about all of the regulations and laws about real estate. We have also been very happy with the folks he suggests to handle financing and the legal issues of these transactions. | I made a decision in 2013 to offer my North Myrtle Beach condo for sale. My sister was a past client of Kirk Nobles and highly recommended him to me. Kirk worked tirelessly on my behalf and was successful in arranging the sale. Prior to the conclusion of the sale numerous issues arose involving the HOA and property management company failure/refusal to provide required documents to the prospective buyer. Again, Kirk represented my best interests and devoted weeks; day, night, weekend; to resolving the issues. The condo was sold on 16 July 2013. I could not have asked for more in a real estate agent. | Kirk Nobles is one of the most helpful realtors I have known. He is especially sensitive to the needs of clients who cannot be on-site for property acquisition issues. He uses copious resources available to him to fix problems that go beyond the expectations of a realty contract. For example, when I had a concern about frozen pipes right after purchase, he had a family member help me free of charge while I was out-of-state. The gesture was very special since our realty agreement was complete by that point in time. I have no doubt he would make efforts like this for future clients as well. |

| Many thanks to Kirk and his staff. Eight months passed with no offers on my condo so I switch realtors and Kirk got it sold in 45 days! That included the closing!!! He was on top of everything and walked me through the process step by step. Being an out of state owner/buyer he really took care of everything for me.
