I am Tammy Kennedy and I want your business! I have been a top producing Realtor consecutively every year since earning my license in 2006. I am a native of North Carolina, settling in Iredell County in 1989. I serve Iredell and all surrounding counties. Among my designations, I am an Accredited Buyer Representative and a Strategic Listing Specialist. For three years, I served as a member of the Grievance Committee and I currently serve as a member of the Professional Standards Committee with the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors bound by our Code of Ethics. I married my husband Brad in 1990 and we have three incredible children.

In my spare time, I enjoy perfecting my investigative skills while watching Forensic Files, hanging out with my amazing and crazy family and taking my three little furry canine friends on long walks.
