I have been in real estate for 9 years.  I am a full time agent.  I do not "sell" houses.  I listen to your criteria and things you would like to have in a home.  I provide you with searches, we narrow the homes together, look at them together and then I guide you through the real estate transaction.  I offer different levels of expertise. I can provide you step by step assistance if you are a new homebuyer or advanced transactions if you are an experienced buyer.  I do not rush or pressure clients.  I believe you will know the home is right for you when you step in the door.

If you are selling your home, I do a market analysis, we decide together the list price of the home and then I market your home thru as many avenues as we can until we reach the desired goal.  I pride myself with communications to my sellers.
