Celebrating 30 years of full time real estate sales experience and a vast knowledge of internet marketing and tech savvy! Tina Maraj began her Real Estate Career shortly after graduating from Troy High School in 1988. While she was attending college in Fullerton she obtained her real estate license and joined a local Century 21 office. In the following year she continued her education at CSUF studying Advertising and Public Relations and learned the basics of real estate. In 1996 Tina took her business to the next level and became a Full Time REALTOR at RE/MAX
Tina is married to Randy Tovar REALTOR BRE#01182877 who began his real estate career in 1994. Randy has worked as a residential real estate agent selling homes North Orange County as well as Riverside and San Bernardino County’s for the past 21 years. They enjoy the company of their Shih Tzu Max.
Tina and Randy are "small business" members of The Placentia Chamber of Commerce. They are both active members volunteering their time to support the business community.
Tina also volunteers her time as the VP at The Placentia Founders Society in the preservation of The Bradford House in Placentia and is an active member of The Women’s Club of Fullerton.

| Tina Maraj and Randy Tovar, the dynamic duo, are very knowledgeable about the buying process and the Fullerton real estate market. They helped us with two offers on two homes in Fullerton. While the second home is the one we eventually purchased, what sets these two apart was how well they handled the offer on the first home and subsequent the escrow. They protected our interest as buyers when the first home’s escrow began to have problems, including spending hours pulling permits to research the property history, and making sure our multi-offer counter was solid while protecting our deposit. When the deal on the first home turned sideways due to non-disclosure on the seller’s part, Tina and Randy helped us get out of the escrow and our get our full deposit returned. Tina and Randy got us through that nightmare so seamlessly. It was during this process we realized just how important a quality/experienced realtor is. Fortunately the second home, which is now ours, was a pleasant process, made even easier with their expertise and organization. Tina and Randy are the only realtors we will use in the future. |

| We were thinking of selling our home over one year ago and met with multiple realtors. When we met Tina, we knew that she was our match. Tina is professional and personable. We wish we would have met with Tina much sooner than we actually did. We were apprehensive to sell our first home, as the housing market had been unpredictable. | Tina Maraj has exceeded my expectations as my realtor! I had been thinking about downsizing to a smaller place for some time. I called Tina to talk about my needs. The first thing that impressed me was that she listened to me and did not pressure me to sell my place until I was ready. The second thing that impressed me was her track record as a real estate agent in Fullerton and specifically Hidden Lakes. She knew this condo complex very well and had sold more properties here than any other realtor. I felt confident putting my home into her hands. | Tina Maraj is an amazing real estate agent. I live in Maryland and needed to sell our home in Orange County. From such a great distance, the seller is at a real disadvantage, not being able to do even a simple task such as walking through the home for a post-tenant-move-out inspection. I told Tina from the start that I was going to have to trust her to take care of every aspect of the sale, and furthermore I was going to rely on her judgment for important decisions such as what price the market will bare. Tina did not disappoint, she came through like a champ. Her local market analysis and gentle nudging towards more realistic pricing maximized our returns while minimizing our time-on-market. When it came to getting the inspections and making repairs, she knew all the right people to talk to. And with her established relationships, she was able to keep things moving at a fast pace while holding our costs down to a minimum. She also came to the rescue, much like a lioness protecting her cubs, when a rogue contractor tried to pull a switch and bate on a repair fee. As happy as I am that we sold our home quickly and for a good price, I am saddened that the daily check-ins and strategy chats now must come to an end. I don't think we could have asked for a more effective, more cheerful, more positive, more honest agent than Tina Maraj. |

| When my husband and I decided to grow our family and get a new home we were apprehensive about the daunting task. Tina & Randy reassured us that they had many years of experience doing just that. As the process was underway it showed. Tina was always available to answer our questions, she shared houses that met our specifications on a daily basis, and was just on top of everything. What really impressed me though was that she would talk us out of homes that weren't good for us even though her commission would've been pretty high. They really cares about their clients and considers their future happiness. I really felt like I could trust Tina and that she genuinely cares about me as more than just a commission. |

From the very first meeting, you developed an excellent marketing plan to set a reasonable price, targeted potential buyers and displayed it in a variety of web sites with pictures that showed the highlights of the home. Throughout the process, you kept us informed of the interest of various parties and worked with our schedule to show the home to as many potential buys as possible while protecting our privacy. We were especially impressed with your integrity and professionalism in keeping us informed of the issues that arose and your sound recommendations of options to help sell the home for the best value. In a few incidents, potential buyers made unreasonable offers in which you clearly and effectively countered, separating those who were serious buyers of interest as opposed to those who were not serious. We are always amazed at the amount of paper work that is involved in selling a home. You were there at every step to ensure that each required document was explained to us and deadlines met. | We chose Tina as our Realtor when we purchased our home on Miramar in June 2003. Our agent was very disappointing. Tina represented the sellers.
