My real estate journey began several years ago as an investor buying, fixing and reselling income properties. Becoming a realtor seemed to be the next logical step and I completed my licensing courses in 2005. This year I am celebrating twelve years in the business and have recently joined the team at ReMax Centre City Realty Inc., Southwestern Ontario's premier ReMax brokerage. My interests include music, I am a very active guitarist in the local Blues and Rythym & Blues scene in London, Ontario. I have won the Jack Richardson Music Award for best Blues and R&B performer three times. I am active in the community and volunteer my musical talents to many charity fundraisers throughout the year.
As I mentioned above, I have purchased and fixed and sold numerous income properties over the years. I can provide you with a detailed analysis of the recent sales of income properties in any given area and assist you in making an educated decision regarding purchasing a property or selling an existing property. As they say, experience is the best teacher and I will pass on many of the valuable lessons I have learned over the years.
Residential resale properties are another area of my expertise. I have assisted many homeowners in the home selling process and strive to make it as stress free as possible. I really enjoy working with buyers! Getting out and showing you the available listings matching your criteria is my favorite part of being a sales representative. There is nothing that can compare to seeing the look on a client's face and in their eyes when they walk in and see their next home for the very first time ! ( the 10 second first impression ) That makes it all worthwhile !!
