Since 1992, I have averaged 98 homes sales per year.  2008 I sold 71 - tough year!  I have 3 buyer agents and ties to property management and short sales specialists. Selling real estate is my passion.

I own RE/MAX Advantage, the oldest RE/MAX franchise in Nevada.  I have 2 offices and 71 agents.  My role is inspiring our great agents to work outside the box, grow their minds, and deliver an incredible experience to our buyers and sellers.

I speak for RE/MAX International at our International Conventions and in smaller regional events.  Training is a passion and I recently created a training company with a collegue, Take Flight Training.  It is designed to make an agent shift their paradigm and build a complete real estate business. It is anticipated that the training will be multi-state by years end.
