My areas of expertise includes residential sales of new homes and resales in Lake Conroe, The Woodlands and Magnolia areas. I contribute a portion of my experience and real estate sales to investment property as well when selling multi-family units or apartment buildings. I know what sellers and buyers intentions are in the current market when negotiating on my clients' behalf. My buyer clients get more bang for their buck when I can negotiate a sweeter deal on the perfect house and my sellers have more success in profits when selling their home to move up to bigger home. Knowledge is power in this business and I see too many buyers settling for a home they really don't want or can't afford. And too many sellers sitting on their property for a year only to end up with less money than they originally thought they would because the home was listed over market value to begin with.
