It was in spring of 1955 (ish) when I was brought to Bayville, to a foundation of a house in the middle of the woods (Now Laurel Drive and Holly St) where my uncle was having his house built. Now I know that Bayville has history that pre-dates this, but I guess it tells the viewer that I've been in town for a long time. I am now living on a field that used to be in the middle of the woods where I played as a kid. I remember when Bayville school was the only Elementary School in town! Cheryl and I bought our home in Bayville in 1976, and have lived in it since. We know the area, we know the value, we know the people, we even know some of the history. Even if you aren't in the market for a house right now, contact us to reminisce about old time Bayville!
As an e-PRO, I am using all the current media available to a Realtor enabling me to market my clients properties. There are so many ways to market, and so many people in the business that you really need an agent with an edge on technology. That's where I fit into the picture. I, along with my wife, Cheryl, can market your home as it should be marketed, utilizing all the currently available internet tools thus getting properties in front of as many people as is possible. NAR is telling us now that 83% of home-buyers BEGIN their search on the internet. With the Needhammer Team, you are out there! We'll even give your home it's own web page, email address, and visual tour.
Joining my wife Cheryl in the Real Estate Industry, we want to share life experiences with “Baby Boomers” far and wide. We understand the desires of those who are moving to the next phase of life.
