Having been born in Las Vegas, NV, raised there, near the Rhine River in Germany and the panhandle of Florida, along with traveling many countries in Western Europe and the United States, I came to appreciate different cultures and traditions. Married and starting a family early I learned to work hard. As a partner, I started and ran a successful Remodeling & Construction Company, while raising 3 children and working on my business degree in college. In the early years I could be found on the job site doing things like nailing steep pitched roofs or sheet-rock to a ceiling, wiring outlets and fixtures or even once had to help with the pour of a 3000 sq ft slab. As our business grew my focus became design & marketing. Eventually I sold my share of the business to my partner and began working in Title and Escrow expanding my Real Estate knowledge further. Always striving to succeed, I quickly earned the position of Escrow Agent, closing as many as 20 transactions in a given month. Earning a reputation of success, I was vetted by a local Mortgage Company where I worked as a Loan Originator, processing my own loans. During slow market periods I would assist other departments within the company, allowing me to quickly acquire in-depth knowledge of mortgage banking. With a struggling economy at the time, I expanded on my sales and marketing experience to a more stable industry...Hospitality, working in marketing and sales at a major property. It seemed a perfect fit, since my mother and her family built and ran one of the first motels in Las Vegas. It was there I met my current husband. Realizing how much I missed the Real Estate industry, I obtained my sales liscence. In 1994, as a favor to a family friend, I assisted a residential development with their sales department and was soon promoted to Sales Manager. As luck would have it, shortly after my promotion my husband's job had us relocating to Memphis, TN. Not one for being idle, while in Memphis, I attended a few classes and taught myself how to build & design websites. Then started my own business of web design with a small clientele before my husband's job took us to beautiful St Charles, IL in early 1999 and it is here we have lived since. In 2007 I obtained my Illinois Real Estate agent license, and now hold a Broker's license.

The knowledge and experience I have gained over the years allows me to provide clients with insight and clarity, which is very important in today's volital market. My focus is on client needs while providing excellent customer service. Specializing in residential homes, I service the Tri-City area of St Charles, Geneva & Batavia as well as surrounding communities in and around Fox Valley such as; Sugar Grove, South Elgin, Elgin, Wasco, North Aurora, Elburn, Sycamore, Wayne, Winfield, Wheaton, Gilberts, Carol Stream and Bartlett.
