| My Fiancée and I were first introduced to Rick earlier this summer while looking for a new place to call home which Rick flawlessly helped us to achieve. Being a renter in Boston, Real Estate Agents are often a dime a dozen. Rick was truly above and beyond our expectations across every aspect of the renting process. Rick was very attentive to our needs, always quick to respond to all of our inquires, and he was always honest and upfront with any information. During the signing of the lease documents, Rick helped review all the documents and offer changes and recommendations. Rick also expressed his desire to stay in touch after we had moved in and to keep him informed of any problems or changes in the future - this was absolutely unheard of to us in dealing with past Boston Agents, especially once the checks are cashed! My fiancée and I cannot say enough nice things about Rick and how helpful he was from beginning to end. We both highly recommend Rick for any Real Estate needs and we are most definitely using Rick again in the future. |

| I have worked on the past with a few other agents, but this past experience with Rick Flynn was by far the best. He was very professional and honest, has good knowledge of the local real estate market and was always prompt. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has some real estate needs. |

| Rick was great! He is trustworthy, patient, and friendly. As I had never worked with a real estate agent before and was unfamiliar with the Boston real estate market, Rick took the time to answer all of my questions and explain in detail how the process works. He spent a great deal of time helping me find an apartment that would allow my giant breed dog. He always responded promptly to both my emails and text messages. I strongly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the Boston area. |

| We didn't use Rick directly but we wish we would have! We were moving from out of state and got stuck with a broker who didn't really know anything. Rick was the listing agent on a house we were interested in and we ended up dealing with him on this house (sadly, our broker still got his cut of the commission although he did nothing!). Rick answered our calls promptly and help us close the rental deal. We would definitly recommend him! And.. we will for sure use him for future rental/purchase needs! |

| My Fiance and I were struggling to find a place in the area with our budget. We are recenelty engaged and not able to afford something crazy expensive. I emailed Rick originally the minute I saw a place I was interested in and before I knew it were had a time set up to meet. After viewing the apartment we knew it was perfect and put in our application. Through the process Ricks communication was excellent. We filled our apllication out quickley and everything was submitted within 24 horus. The landlord began a slight bidding war for the apartment between another party and us. Rick was able to communicate and get us a price we were comfortable with which was ultimatly under what the other party offered. He also bargained on his own and was able to help us save money when it came to fees and rent payments. When we had issues with the apartment right off the bat after our lease started Rick was still there to handle them and stay as our source of communication with our landlord. Overall Rick was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in the area! |

| It was the first time my boyfriend and I went apartment hunting, and we met many agents throughout the process. So, I think we expected Rick to be just like the rest---about twenty-three-years-old, distracted, late, and aggressive to make the sale. But working with Rick was entirely different. He clearly has experience, he is attentive, and not in the least bit pushy to "close". In fact, he never stopped trying to find exactly the right place for us. We could not have found an apartment that we love--one that would also accept our three cats--so quickly, nor so easily, without Rick's help. Rick is a terrific agent, from beginning to end. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for property in the Boston area. |

| Rick is an extremely competent Realtor and is a dynamic sales person that does a fantastic job for his clients; He is unsurpassed in his knowledge of the current real estate market. To me Rick and indispensable services are synonymous; He was readily available at all times to show me rental properties. Rick holds a reputation of putting his client’s needs first. Rick is an expert in rental properties and is always up to date on the latest real estate marketing techniques.
