My name is Erica L. Solomon and this is my story.  Several years ago I was working in corporate America as the Assistant to the Vice-President of Sales of a nationally known payroll company.  During my tenure I began building relationships with the sales associates and the general pubic thus began to take an interest in sales.  Realizing my natural gift and talents being displayed in providing extraordinary customer service to the general public and working within a team environment, I wanted everyone to benefit from what I could ultimately bring to a transaction.  I approched my VP and expressed a sincere desire to go into sales and was told no.  Therefore, I utilized this negative feedback as an opportunity to pursue what I knew I could do and was going to do regardless of anyones affirmation. 

I immediately reduced my hours from full-time to part-time and took a comprehensive course in entrepreneurship and learned the ends and outs of creating a viable business plan and started my own Property Management company.  I successfully managed and operated my business for 7 years before decising to take my knowledge, experience and dedication to a new dimension by helping renters realize the American Dream of homeownership.

With that leap of faith now some 4 years later, I have seen my business grow in leaps and bounds and it's been primarily based on the ethics, principles, dedication, preservence, committment to success and extraordinary customer service that have sustained me.  I am proud to call myself a Realtor® and am truly committed to the real estate industry.
