Hi,
My name is David Nicholson. I served as a Christian Church pastor for over 25 years. Following this, I became a REALTOR® and served clients in Saint John, NB for twelve years. I moved back to my home province of Prince Edward Island to assist my aging father just before covid hit in 2019. I soon realized that I was going to be here a while so applied for my PEI license in June of 2020 and have been assisting clients here since then. My father passed away almost a year ago, but I chose to remain here and am enjoying the transition. I have met some fantastic clients who have become good friends. (One of the privileges of my job!) Now that we can travel freely, I take advantage, when I can, to go back for short visits.
Assisting clients in selling or purchasing properties brings me a great sense of satisfaction in seeing the joy and relief it brings when the negotiations are completed and the keys change hands!
