I am sincere, hard working and truly try to understand a buyer's need or a seller's anxiety. Its a big decision to buy or sell a home and I am by the client's side throughout, helping and guiding them through the process successfully.
My area of expertise lies in helping the first time home buyers, sometimes even before they have finally moved here. The new immigrants, even before landing here, get in touch with me over the email. They let me know their requirements regarding real estate, the price range, schooling etc. I address all their needs as best as I can and I send them property listings accordingly. Sometimes if these people have no friends or relatives , I arrange for their first month stay in a furnished suite. So while staying comfortably there they go around and look at the short listed properties. I also guide them regarding other matters like applying for a health card, place to register the child's name for schooling etc. So this way not only do I help them locate the right property but also help them settle down fully.
