Get to Know Becky Alumbaugh

Welcome, my name is Becky Alumbaugh and I am the leader of The Diva Team. The company that I work for is Reece and Nichols. "My team is currently #7 in Johnson County" Officially, The Diva Team is #18 in the Kansas City Business Journal Top 25 Realtors in Kansas City for 2009! My team is a very successful group of full time agents that work in Kansas and Missouri. I have had the honors of getting the Top Agent Award in My Office Repeatedly, President's Circle of Sales, Chairman's Circle of Sales and The 5 Star Agent Best in Client Satisfaction for the past 8 years. We did exceed 15 million this past year in sales with over 95 transactions, last year it was 22 million. We work very hard and keep a positive attitude and set goals. This year we are setting a goal to exceed last year's numbers. Becky just got her SFR Certification in Short Sales.

I am a real estate expert that can honestly say; I know the entire Kansas City Metro Area; Kansas and Missouri. I am a realtor on the go! I think it is important to know the whole marketplace to help clients that are relocating to the Kansas City area. This way my focus is not on just 1 city....but All of the Cities!

I also take pride in knowing about short sales and if it is a good thing or not for the client. This is something that takes a lot of patience and understanding of what is going on with the client's property. Sometimes it is the best solution...other times; it may not be.

Finally, I want to state that if you want a real estate agent that listens to you and has patience; that is me! I will not be pushy or demanding; but instead, be understanding, full of knowledge and facts. I will tell you like it is...good or bad!
