Becky became an Oregon Real Estate Broker in The Dalles, September 2004 and Washington salesperson in August of 2005. She completed the series of Graduate Real Estate Institute "GRI" classes in December of 2005 and received that designation. Also in 2005 she received the Windermere Glenn Taylor Real Estate award for attending the most advanced educational classes company wide and is currently working on her CRS (Credited Residential Specialist) designation.
Nan became an Oregon Real Estate Salesperson in April 1994 and a Oregon Principal Broker in 1999. She is a Certified Residential Specialist "CRS" The Certified Residential Specialist is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field which recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Nan also holds the "CRB" Designation. The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designation is one of the oldest and most respected in the industry. It exemplifies the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in real estate brokerage management. For the past 10 years she worked for Windermere as the V.P. and Director of Operations and moved to The Dalles area spring of 2008.

| My experience working with Becky Schertenleib was all I could have hoped for from a realtor. She was knowledgeable about the current market values and buying potential in The Dalles, OR. After cleaning out years of my mother’s accumulations and fixing a few minor cosmetic items that Becky recommended be done, I placed the home on the market the end of September 2013. Within 10 days, I received a full price offer! Becky took me step by step through the entire negotiation and buying process. She was always positive and comforting during the stress of selling my mother’s home. I would recommend her without reservation. |

| A few years ago we were looking to buy a house in The Dalles. We met with several realtors before finally meeting Becky. We were extremely impressed with her knowledge and knew she was honest and fair from the get go. We had a great buying experience with her and Nan. A few months ago I started a new job in a new town. We knew we weren't going to use anyone other then Becky and Nan. They were fantastic with listing and helping to sell our house after only being listed for two days! We would highly recommend these fantastic people. |

| We absolutely loved working with Nan (and Becky!). They truly love what they do and it shows through their professionalism, customer service, and expertise. What other realtor would come to a THIRD showing of a house when she was sick or bring your missing dog home at 7am on a Saturday morning?! Nan was quick to respond to all of our questions and really took the time to get us into the house of our dreams. They're both involved in the community and great people overall. | Becky and Nan at Columbia Gorge Real Estate have been wonderful to work with. I met Becky five years ago when searching for a home in The Dalles. She knew what I needed in a home and was very professional in finding the possibilities. When I was ready to sell my home this year, Becky was always there to answer all my questions. I have always have considered Becky and Nan friends. I had moved from Beaverton and they were always there when I had questions about The Dalles and the area's activities.
