My office, The Buyer's Choice was the first exclusive buyer's office (a company that only represents buyers) in Rhode Island to belong to National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents and who is a leader and pioneer in buyer representation in 1991.
I am licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. My team services theentire state of Rhode Island except Block Island and we service southernMassachusetts along interstate 495, 295 and 95.

| Dear Kathy & John, Please let me start off with an apology for not sitting down and writing you this letter sooner. But as we all know with purchasing a home along comes all the renovations we would like to accomplish. Back in June, when Bill, first mentioned he had obtained another job the last thing in the world I wanted to go through at that time was house hunting again. As you know we only just got over relocating up to New Hampshire the previous year. So when Bill, suggested he line up some homes for us to view with the two of you I went along begrudgingly. But much to my surprise it was nothing like I've ever experienced before. When we house hunted previously it was always hurry up and decide if you like it and the Realtor wanted a deposit. My experience with the Buyer's Choice was totally different. You never lost patience with me, I can't remember all the homes you patiently took us to view. The thing I liked the best was you made me feel very comfortable with house hunting. Even down to the little things like the surprise picnic snacks. I have to say that was fabulous. All your time and dedication has paid off because in the end we were able to find just the right home. We didn't have to settle for just any home. I have to say you went far beyond the call of just being a Buyer Agent, when you took it upon yourself to investigate the neighbors and find out what kinds of neighbors we would have and what else was located in that neighborhood. It meant a lot to us when you always pointed out the assets of being able to resell the property. And you always gave us wise advise in the right direction and to what property would be a good resale property. I recall one night we sat at your table bargaining over one property that we wanted to put an offer in on. This particular house needed some major renovations, and it was nice how both you and John made a list as to how much these repairs would cost. I would have never thought to sit down and make up a list. That was a good tool to use in helping us prepare that offer. Needless to say the offer on that property never did come to agreement. We then moved onto the home we now purchased. If it were not for Kathy, suggesting us to look at the property on Curran Rd. We would never in a million years have gone. I have to say we were amazed with the home. This home was far beyond our wildest dreams of what we thought it would look like for our price range. Your kindness and determination kept us going when we thought we would never find the right home. But more than just being our Buyer Agent, I think we have formed a friendship that will last a lifetime. And in today world of everyone being in a hurry to get from point A to point B. I think the one thing that keeps people grounded are the true friendships they have the opportunity to form in their lifetime. Thanks again for all your efforts in helping us locate our lovely home.
