Having been a processor for this company for the last year and a half, I have learned to love this company from the inside-out. Becoming friends with every employee on the inside from the shipping clerks all the way up to the VP of the entire western region gives me an advantage over most Account Executives in the field who lack the contacts and pull on the inside to get deals done. Not only do I know the inside staff, but I am extremely familiar with Wilmington's product base, timelines, and processes. These are invaluable to me in dealing with loan agents and deals that sometimes aren't the cleanest, easiest loans to close. I also learned that what most loan agents want the most out of their Account Executive is communication. They want to know every step along the way what is going on with their loan and they want to feel that their loan is the most important loan in an Account Executive's pipeline. I give that service without a doubt.
