I am a private investor executing my investment decisions on a day to day basis but with a long term focal point. I invest in single family homes (and condos) and am willing to acquire most homes anywhere in the Cincinnati and Columbus metro areas as long as my internal criteria are met.
I have been involved in real estate investing since the early 80's. I have been a full time real estate investor since 2001. I believe that my unique combination of first class skills and experience sets me apart from the rest. I attempt to focus on my investors, tenants and industry partners so that they may come to trust my standard of outstanding service, expertise and integrity.
