For realtors: I am also very skilled at "thinking outside the box" in order to put deals together that others can't or structuring one's finances in order to maximize one's cash flow and tax benefits. I see my job as that of a real estate financial planner as it relates to credit and debt - something that almost no traditional financial planners do.  I am very honest and under promise and over deliver.  You will never wonder how the loan is coming.
