My business background has been a great preparation for real estate sales. Prior to my career in real estate, I worked in sales and marketing in the wine industry, preceeded by five years in real estate finance. During this time, I also aquired my contractor's license and worked with my family's construction business. I am well-versed in design and staging, and have remodelled three of my own homes and assisted many others to do the same. I also have first-hand experience with investment properties, and understand the importance of choosing the right property, and the pro's and con's of flipping and property management.
In response to today's financial challenges, I have been Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designated by the National Association of Realtors and have a successful track record in the complicated processes required with these transactions. I am an advocate of continued professional education, and stay up to date on the latest information and technology. I also believe in giving back, and have taught negotiation workshops for professional groups. The ability to successfully negotiate the best possible deal is a great asset for my clients.
