Why, when there are zillions of Realtors out there, should you work with me? I am a passionate Realtor. It's more than selling someone a home. I take a personal interest in making sure that my clients are going to be happy not only in their new home, but also in the community in which they live! I have a plethora of resources that my clients are able to take advantage of to make sure that they are also choosing the right Realtor, home and community!
I also strongly believe that as Realtors, it is a must that we continually educate ourselves and therefore, I have earned my Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation as well as am working towards my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Some may think that these are just letters that follow a Realtor's name that don't mean anything. But contrary to what some may think, we are Realtors that are serious about our profession and providing the best service possible to our clients.
I am an "out-of-the-box" thinking Realtor as well as a keen listener. The old adage, the reason we have two ears and one mouth applies here. I am able to pull out important and possibly vital information from our conversation that other Realtors might just simply overlook.
This is my life-long chosen career. If you were to ask me, what I envisioned myself doing 10, 20 and even 30 years from now? I would say what I am doing now! Real estate is ever-changing and can be a challenge at times...me, I love a challenge!
While I would love say I'm an expert at everything, this is simply impossible. But, I do love to learn about new things, so my list continues to grow!
I am blessed to not only sell conventional real estate, but to also have sold new construction. Early in my career, I went the more conventional route, selling existing homes, vacant land, etc. But eventually, I wanted to try my hand at new construction and I must say...I absolutely loved it! Now with both existing and new construction experience, I have even more ability to help my clients envision the possibilities. I am better equipped to give my clients a "rough idea" of what it would really take to turn their potential home into their dream home. I have always said, "I'm only limited by budget and imagination"!
I am also knowledgeable about and have relationship with the top builders in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area and am able to work with clients in connecting them with the builder that will suit their needs. Not too many Realtors can say that. Most are not aware of what the current building materials are that Builders use and why. I am also very knowledgeable on vacant land (subdivisions). Having walked many lots in the past, if you are looking for land, I can work with you in sharing with you possible pitfalls with a particular piece of property.
I live in the Lake Country area (Oconomowoc, WI) but am very knowledgeable with the Western burbs of Milwaukee as well as the Southern suburbs of Milwaukee. I can virtually go anywhere, but these areas I have extra experience in placing clients as well as home building.
