ABOUT Teresa
She started her career with Liz Moore in 1991. She and her husband Sully reside in Poquoson with their dog Ellie. They have 4 grown children: Laura, Kate, Leigh & Greg. Teresa is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a designation that only about 4% of REALTOR(s) nationwide have obtained. She is also a Graduate of the Realtor's Institute (GRI) and has her Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation along with the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and the SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure) designations. Together, Sully & Teresa have a combined 50+ years real estate experience, knowledge & expertise that they gladly share with their clients. Teresa enjoys adult Bible study and has attended classes at Liberty University to enhance her walk the Lord.
ABOUT Sully (Bob)
He started his real estate career in 1994 after completing a successful career in the Air Force. He has completed the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) course, earned the Short Sales & Foreclosure (SFR) designation; and in 2001, he obtained his Broker's license. His military career was centered on the Long Range Nuclear Missile Arena as both a Launch & Maintenance Officer. He also served as a Special Access Planner in support of the Secretary of Defense. Sully has a BS Degree from SIU-E & a Masters Degree from CMSU. He has taken courses from the Wilmington School of the Bible through Liberty University in Religious Studies.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS - Teresa
Teresa is a member of NAR, VAR, & VPAR. Through her local board, VPAR, she has earned membership in the 'Outstanding Salesmanship Club' since 1993. Other awards include the Ruby & Diamond awards, but her most prized award was in 2007 and again in 2013 ... REALTORS CODE OF ETHICS AWARD. This award was voted on by her peers as a testament to her integrity in the real estate industry. Teresa's involvement at VPAR includes: Past-chair of the Awards Committee, Professional Standards & Grievance Committee, Strategic Planning, Risk Management, & Technology Committees as well as past director of VPAR Board of Directors.

| We have known Teresa and Sully for many years because they were very active with the Homeowner Association that we lived in. We always said that if we were to sell we would definitely ask them to help us. And that they did! My husband and I are 80 and 77 yrs of age. This was not a move we had planned but things change. Sully & Teresa stepped right in. They explained everything in detail to us and made sure we understood what the steps in the process were. With their help and expertise the whole event went smoothly and we got full price plus for our home. We were very satisfied. Thank you Teresa and Sully! |

| Their attention to detail. They helped us through every step and gave great advice. Advised us on how transactions would occur. Prepared an outstanding comp prior to sale. Helped us get top dollar for our home on a slower market for larger homes. Sully and Teresa helped prepare our home for listing, staging and pointers on how/what to do before showings. Their expert knowledgeable advice. They were spot on with everything! They were outstanding and we will refer Sully and Teresa and Liz Moore & Associates in the future. |

| Even though I was out of the area, they made me feel like I was right there! It was a wonderful experience to work with them. I listed my home with them and I even had a contract on my home in a week! This was the 2nd home they sold for me and I’m so glad I listed with them! |
