There are two things I believe in more than anything: support and service. These virtues have been the key players in my success in the real estate industry. I pride myself on being the best teacher and motivator to my associates, who I consider my family. My support to my associates is unprecedented, and I have a tight-knit community within my office.

My favorite part about being a broker is teaching and assisting my agents and seeing them flourish. Every one of my associates is a success story. Beyond their success, I care about their personal well-being. They go hand-in-hand. I’ve found throughout my years as a broker that my associates’ success translates to success for our customers. In addition to my 20+ years as a real estate agent, I began my career as a broker in 2002. As the current Vice President & Managing Broker for the Watson Realty Corp. Ormond Beach office, my goals are to support my associates by being a resource and a guide.

I received my master’s degree in organizational management and bachelor’s in business management. Working for Fortune 500 companies demanded superior customer service from me, and I have carried that sentiment with me into my real estate career. In addition, Watson Realty’s 50 + years of legendary quality of service resonates with our buyers, sellers, associates and employees. That spirit of service is all-encompassing.
