They love my consultative approach to offering my real estate services. My customer learns about my service guarantees that I offer to both buyers and sellers.
They find out that I'm trained, have lots of real estate knowledge and experience. They find out that I subscribe to a Code of Ethics through the National Association of Realtors and that I'm a Certified Residential Specialist and an Accredited Buyers Representative. At the time of this writing I'll soon have earned the NAR e-PRO certification.

My areas of expertise are in the marketing of homes for the buyer who is considering moving up or down in home size or location. Helping these clients obtain the best price while working with their specific time frame are the priorities.
I work especially well with buying clients who want to end a rent paying existence. These clients are educated and guided through the homebuying and financing aspects of purchasing a first home.
I also serve a sizable investor clientele who are seeking to expand their real estate portfolio holdings. Analyzing prospective properties that meet their specific criteria for long or short term profit is my main objective for them.
