Jose Siojo Santos immigrated in San Francisco Bay Area since the early 80’s from his country of birth, Philippines.  Lived in  San Mateo County, City of South San Francisco  ever since, built a future for his family as a hardworking husband and father of 7 children, 6 daughters and 1 son.  Raising a big family was a challenge but their American Dream of owning their own home came to a reality, when together with his wife, Marilou got involved in Real Estate and Construction businesses. Their deep Faith in God and hard work fulfilled their dreams and more.  A licensed Real Estate Broker for less than a two decades and at the same time a licensed California General Building Contractor, he and his wife, Marilou are now enjoying their empty-nest lives, with occasional baby sitting as grandparents, volunteer work and missionary work here in the US and abroad. Serving others and making a difference are now his focus in his second half of life.  With experience and knowledge of Real Estate, he is dedicating and committing his productive years serving others in their real estate needs, construction and community service.
