Before we started our Real Estate practice we lived in Queens, New York. We have both worked at and hold degrees from St. John's University. After graduation Ron worked in Banking for 12 years. First as a Supervisor for Chase Bank in their Retail Card Services Division and then for Astoria Federal (Long Islands largest thrift bank) as a Sr. Systems Administrator. Sandra holds a dual Master's Degree from Columbia University Teacher's College and has counseled for Interfaith Medical Center, Greenwich House, and has taught at Kingsboro Community College in Brooklyn.

In 2003 the we bought our first investment property. In 2005 we moved to PA on a permanent basis where we started helping other investors accomplish their real estate goals. Before long both of us were immersed in the world of real estate full time. This is where we have been ever since and are enjoying every minute of it. Both of us bring a tremendous amount of professionalism, structure and organization to every real estate transaction that we are involved in.
