Brenda McAloon is a lifetime resident of Illinois.  Over her lifetime Brenda has lived in areas of Illinois from the North to South.  She grew up in a Southern Illinois town of Centralia. Brenda earned her teaching degree at Illinois State University in Bloomington/Normal, and after graduating and getting married she and her husband moved to Naperville, then later opened a business and moved to Orland Park.

 In 1999 Brenda and her husband decided it was time to move their family.  After doing research on surrounding areas they decided that Bourbonnais would be a great place to raise their young family.   Kankakee County has so much to offer and Brenda and her family enjoy all the benefits living here.  Weather your a nature buff who enjoys being outdoors hiking, biking, fishing and camping or one who likes being pampered at spas, health clubs, nail salons, shopping, and fine dining you will find all that and more in Kankakee County.  There is so much this area has to offer and there is not enough space here to write about it all not to mention that if you need more to do, this county sits between two major two major interstates I57 and I55 that can easily get you to Chicago, the southern suburbs like Orland Park and Tinley Park or the western suburbs like Naperville and Joliet.

  Meet with you either in person or by phone to listen to you and discuss your personal needs and location of your home. Help you to determine your price range with the assistance of a lender.  If you do not already have one I will be able to provide you with a list to choose from.  One of these lenders will help you to get pre-approved so you will be ready when you find them home that is just right for you. Keep you updated on property listings on a daily, every other day, or weekly, basis via e-mail.  Prepare a market history and market analysis on the home before you write and offer. Negotiate on you behalf.  As your buyers agent I only represent you in the transaction. Keep in touch with you on a continuing basis either by phone or e-mail. Strongly recommend that you have a general inspection.  I will be able to provide a list of inspectors for you to choose from.  Advise you to contact three insurance companies and compare services and price. Do a final walk through with you at the home prior to closing. Prepare you for closing by advising you on the paper work you will need to bring to closing such as a pre-paid property insurance policy, current driver's license and certified check in the amount the lender has told you. Attend the closing with you.
