I have been selling real estate for almost 5 years now. I am committed to making sure that the process is as stress free and informed as possible. I feel that I am more than just a Realtor but I am also a teacher. I teach people how to buy a house. Everything from searching the internet, looking at the homes, talking to lenders, inspections, title work and closing and everything else in between. I feel that if a buyer or seller is educated on the process then that reduces stress and gives the buyer or seller peace of mind that everything is working as it should. I am easy to contact via cell phone, email or fax. I return calls promptly because that is how I want to be treated when I call someone.
I love first time home buyers because I feel great joy when I help someone purchase a home for the first time. Military personnel are very close to my heart and I love working with them as well. Since we are close to Tinker AFB I have had the opportunity to work with lots of military families to help make their dream of homeownership come true.
I work alot with investors looking for investment properties to flip as well as properties to be used as rental property. I help with every step of the process from setting them up with MLS listings, doing comparables for the area, giving input on what would make a particular property sell easily and just being available for questions or input when needed.
