Jack Gale

Team Captain

Jack Gale is originally from Long Island, NY, but has called NC home for the last 21 years. He has been in business for over 30 years, selling real estate since 2000 and in the Cape Fear area since 2002. He has focused his business on real estate development, large tract and individual home site sales, REO, commercial, new home sales and residential re-sales. Jack is licensed in both North and South Carolina, is a member of 4 Cape Fear area MLS associations, Greater Hampstead Chamber of Commerce and the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Association. Jack understands what buyers and sellers expect from their real estate agent, which includes great service, communication and follow-through on each transaction regardless of its size.

In 2005, Jack formed Team Gale and in that time Team Gale has completed over 1,000 real estate transactions and been a top producing Sea Coast Advantage team since 2009, including being highly ranked by the Coldwell Banker franchise for NC and the entire Southeast Region. It is Team Gale's goal to be your real estate agents for life.

When Jack's not working, he enjoys spending time with family, working in the yard, kayaking and other waterfront activities.

Tom moved to Wilmington from Greensboro, NC in the 1990's when he attended UNC Wilmington. The friendly people, warm climate, and beautiful beaches nearby made Tom realize that he wanted make Wilmington his permanent home. 

Tom has been a REALTOR® since 2005 and has immersed himself in real estate education including receiving his GRI and CSP designations. Allen was born and raised in Upstate New York. There, he enjoyed hiking, skiing and getting together with friends. Allen attended college at the State University of New York at Oswego and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Administration with an Economics minor. After many cold winters, he decided to move to Wilmington and is proud to call it his home. Wilmington has so much to offer its residents with beaches minutes away, a great nightlife downtown and the beautiful, quiet communities in the suburbs.

Mark was born on the gulf coast of Texas and was transplanted at an early age to a small town in central Ohio. His lifelong goal was to return to white sands and salt water. Mark started his residential real estate career near Columbus, Ohio in 1992 and has obtained SRES, ABR and GRI designations and SFR certification, as well as the Ohio Mortgage Association School of Mortgage Banking.

In 2012 the opportunity to relocate to southeastern North Carolina presented itself and to make a not so long story even shorter, Mark arrived in Brunswick County in July of 2012.
