In addition to real estate sales, we also run a full service property management company. We can help you buy your investments and then assist you in the management of your properties. My professional profile

I have been in the real estate arena for many years. (Yes, I'm old).  It is a great challenge but wonderfully rewarding. There are no two transactions that are the same. There are no two clients that are the same. Real estate is a consistent evolution and ever changing atmosphere which makes it very exciting. If I could sum up real state in one word it would be "unpredictable", and that's the reason that I love it!

My area of Expertise

I enjoy dealing in all of the services offered at Group One, but I specialize in relocation's. Relocation can be a stressful time in the lives of the family moving away from their homes and into a strange city. I find it very rewarding to help these people. I have the resources to find my clients a short-term rental before they even arrive in town, this way they feel as if they are on vacation while we shop for their new home. I feel very blessed to be able to help families transition to a new city and then into a new home. I am grateful for the experience I have had in relocation's, it is a blessing to have met so many interesting people while helping them get off to a good start in the city of Corpus Christi. I can only hope that I made a difference in the relocation experience for them.

My words to live by

Give out more in service value than you receive in monetary value and you will never be short on business, no matter which profession you choose in life.  I read this somewhere and it stuck with me through out the years.   I cannot tell you it's original source but I can tell you that It holds a lot of truth for me and  also I think it holds true for most of the successful people you will do business with in your life. Holding oneself accountable to this principle will make one a success. That's one  of the reasons I treat everyone equal no matter if they want to rent a $500.00 apartment or they want to buy a $5,000,000 dollar home.  It is also the reason that the same people who once needed a $500.00 apartment comes back to me when they want to buy that home and  I consider this to be the greatest compliment that my clients can give to me and representing the highest value!

A little something about me

Real estate has given me the gift of flexibility.  There are not many careers that offer this independence. I am in control of my time and although I definitely work more than the "40" hour work week, there is comfort in being able to choose those hours.

 I am very content and happy in my life and I wish my joy on everyone I have the pleasure to be in contact with; be it work or play! Happy home buying and selling!
