Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Georgia Tech in 1993 and her MBA from Emory University in 2001, so dealing with numbers comes naturally to her. She likes working with people too, and especially enjoys answering the many questions that clients generally have about the mortgage process. Richard is also an Electrical Engineering graduate of Georgia Tech (1991.) After 12 years working as an engineer in the defense and telecommunications industries, he chose a more entrepreneurial path and took his high tech background to the mortgage industry, where companies are notoriously slow to adopt new technology. By embracing the technology largely ignored by our competitors, we are leaner and more efficient -- and we leverage this efficiency to deliver extremely aggressive rates for our clients.
