Welcome to my web blog! I am glad you stopped by!
I have been a resident in Northern California for over 12 years and simply can't imagine living anywhere else! My specialties are Folsom homes, El Dorado Hills homes, and Granite Bay homes. I also work in the communities of Cameron Park, Placerville, Roseville, and Rocklin.
My strenths are working with buyers and keeping them updated on the current market and opportunies. I have worked with short sales, REOs, and for sale by owners. If you have a buyer that is coming this way, you can trust that they will be taken care of (I LOVE referrals!)
I enjoy working with sellers and helping them understand what needs to be done in getting their home ready. I also work closely with them on determining a listing price based on the market while considering their needs and motivations.
