My goal is to provide solutions to real estate problems for clients who are buying or selling a home.  My solutions involve selling for the highest price possible, in the least time possible, and with the least hassle.  My experience in helping my clients detail their homes without costing them money allows means their homes will shine like a model home, and attract the right kind of buyer.  Most Realtors and real estate offices consider a 50% sales to list ratio good.  In 14 years in the business, only four of my listings failed to sell.

My buyer clients benefit from my background as a negotiator in the private and public sector.  I make sure my buying clients' offers get presented properly, handle any counter-proposals with speed, and make sure their contracts move to a successful closing.
